About RACCS

Managing a HOA controlled Resort is a challenging proposition. You have multiple constituencies and needs to address. From your owners, your board, the guests, your management team, service vendors, amenities, maintenance and capital improvements, there never seems to be enough time and resources to meet all the demands.

We at the RACCS Team understand these challenges intimately.

Not so long ago, we were you and we were at a crossroads. Our lock system had to be replaced. There was no effective access control that met all of our needs. And adding a patchwork of multiple software solutions that did not always interface well was not an option. So, we built our own custom solution. It has provided us with new tools to expand on basic access, to control specific property elements and amenities we could not previously control. In turn, this has created new revenue streams that directly benefit our owners and their guests and improved security and overall property management. It is a well-tested system and now we are ready to help other Resort HOA’s explore an avenue to achieve the same success we have realized.

Jim McBee

Director of Operations, IT and STR

Jim McBee brings over 35 years of experience in Information Technology, spanning roles as a strategic technology advisor, cloud adoption leader, infrastructure solutions architect for a major federal agency, software entrepreneur, and technology evangelist for Microsoft. A skilled communicator and recognized expert, he has authored seven technology books and spoken at IT conferences around the world.

Jim excels at guiding organizations through complex technology transitions and fostering strong cross‑team collaboration. His governance experience includes serving on multiple HOA boards in Colorado and California, giving him deep insight into the operational challenges faced by resort communities. Jim also contributed to the development of the original RACCS platform for the Village at Breckenridge.

Jeff Bright

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jeff has over 30 years of short-term rental experience. He has served as President of two HOA’s in Breckenridge, Colorado and is currently serving as a Director for a third. Jeff has spent over 40 years in management and sales. His approach is to thoroughly analyze the needs of the customer and provide suggestions and solutions to meet those needs.

I am very excited to bring the RACCS solution to the HOA Managed Resort community. We have successfully built and used this tool for our own resort. I believe it will provide HOA Boards a path to optimize their property and access control that will benefit their Owners, Staff and Guests. It is a win-win-win product.
